Description A well-regarded San Francisco-based boutique litigation firm is seeking a California-licensed attorney to lead collection and judgment enforcement efforts on an open-ended contract basis. This fully remote role requires candidates to be licensed and based in California, and offers the flexibility to commit to either part-time or full-time hours depending on availability. The firm is looking for an attorney with extensive experience in post-judgment collection work, including enforcement strategy, filings, and asset recovery. Candidates with backgrounds in real estate disputes, commercial litigation, or bankruptcy are encouraged to apply. This is a substantive litigation support role ideal for attorneys who enjoy independently driving enforcement matters and contributing to case strategy in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.
