The Design Lead will be responsible for providing expertise in c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design. The main objective of this role is to lead the design team, oversee the development of c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal designs, and ensure high-quality outputs. (1.) Key Responsibilities

• 1. Lead the design team in creating and developing c,creo/proe,sheet metal designs according to project requirements
• 2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the overall product
• 3. Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvements as needed
• 4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to c,creo/proe,sheet metal design
• 5. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when necessary

Skill Requirements

• 1. Proficiency in c, creo/proe software for 3d modeling and design
• 2. Strong background in sheet metal design and fabrication processes
• 3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a design team
• 5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address design challenges efficiently

Certifications: Relevant certifications in c,Creo/ProE,Sheet Metal Design are a plus
