Working Hours: 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities:

Your day will be filled with dynamic tasks including, but not limited to:

• Mentoring and supervising an agile team of welders.
• Maintaining weld quality to adhere to company standards.
• Resolving any technical queries and issues swiftly.
• Upholding strict safety measures and practices at all times.

Candidate Profile:

• Successful completion of a basic weld proficiency test.
• Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication and blueprint literacy.
• A forward-thinking and proactive mindset.
• 2+ years of experience as a team lead is desirable.
