**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of maintenance duties throughout the facility, including painting, plumbing, drywall, basic electrical work, HVAC, and carpentry. This position requires a proactive approach to ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards. **Responsibilities** + Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, drywall repairs, and carpentry. + Conduct basic electrical work and HVAC maintenance. + Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on various systems and equipment. + Ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in facilities maintenance. + Competency in HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting. + Strong skills in painting, drywall, and carpentry. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Moorpark 1st shift $28- $32 hourly Sapnish speaking ok 1st shift 6:00am-3:30pm 2nd shift 2:00pm-11:00pm Plus overtime **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of MOORPARK, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
