**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** The Technician will assist in the construction and repair of mobile office trailers. Responsibilities include installing furniture, electrical components, basic patching, painting, and primarily repairing trailers. Additionally, we provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety on the job. **Work Environment** You will primarily work outside in varying weather conditions, including hot summers and cold winters. The environment is fast-paced, with multiple large projects running for 30-60 days. Typical work hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with winter hours starting at 7:00 am and summer hours at 6:00 am. The standard workday is 8 hours, but flexibility is required. Steel toe, lace-up boots, and jeans are mandatory attire. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
