Your Impact:
* Managing and Developing a team of 30+
* Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to create and implement new policies/procedures
* Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
* Creating the schedule for your team
* Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
* Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator to discuss the current/future state of the store

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Restaurant Maintenance Leader is responsible for:
*Maintenance for all restaurant equipment.
*Cleaning all restaurant equipment in addition to maintenance.
*Reviewing all required equipment components with ability to complete Chick-fil-A specific maintenance according to brand standards.
*Ability to review cleaning & maintenance plans, complete checklists & communicate with leadership concerning any equipment needs.

Restaurant Maintenance Leader is generally a full time opportunity but also Part-Time as well.

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Chick-fil-A or any other quick service restaurant.
