Within GREF Workplace Design & Construction, the newly formed Business Development team is responsible for driving adoption of Amazon technology across our global portfolio while also developing solutions for commercial customers. Key job responsibilities - Lead GREF's Business Development product strategy, driving next-generation solutions from ideation through commercialization - Develop PRFAQs and business requirements that define customer experience, product specifications, and architecture - Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and launch timing - Build consensus for product vision across technical, business, and leadership stakeholders - Lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, partnering with both technical and non-technical teams - Conduct comprehensive customer discovery to inform product decisions and strategy - Drive commercialization efforts from concept to launch, including business case development and launch strategy - Collaborate with Amazon teams to identify and develop innovative workplace solutions Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Preferred Qualifications - Experience with both hardware and software product development - B2B product experience, especially in Corporate Real Estate or Property Tech - Track record of successful product launches - MBA or advanced technical degree - Strong analytical and business modeling skills - Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
